Meet Gelish Master Educator - Rhiannon Gilfillan

Hi I'm Rhiannon! After leaving school I studied Beauty Therapy in College. During my time working in a salon I found my passion for nails, especially nail art as I love the creativity side.  The feeling of  transforming someone's confidence with a great set of nails is just a great feeling. 

In 2018 I attended the Beauty Show in Birmingham and was drawn to the Gelish stand where I met the team. Following that I began my training in all aspects of Gelish.

During my training I instantly knew that one day I would love to become an Educator myself, to help and inspire others to achieve their goals, passing on my knowledge and everything I have learnt working with a trusted high-quality brand.

Our Q&A with Rhiannon:

What year did you start doing nails?

I left school at 16 and went to study beauty therapy, which I did for 2 years. Once I completed my manicure training, I booked on to do my first Gelish course in 2014.

What inspired you to do nails?

I was inspired by other content creators on social media. I particularly enjoy the challenges of creating different nail art and designs. 

What motivated you to join the Gelish team?

I am passionate about helping others thrive and achieve their goals whilst working with a highly trusted brand.

How long have you been an Educator for Gelish?

I completed my Gelish educator training in March 2023.

What is your favourite part of nails and teaching nails?

Bringing ideas to life in the form of nail art. 

I look forward to sharing my skills and passing on knowledge.

What is your goal?

To become a Gelish Master Educator, learning more techniques to pass on my skills to fellow students whilst continuing to challenge myself.
